Chelsea star responds to Paris Saint-Germain speculation

The Blues superstar responds to his move away talks.

Thibaut Courtois has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge.

According to Mirror, Chelsea are likely to sell Courtois and are considering entering the race for Roma goalkeeper Alisson.

Alisson is also a major transfer target for rivals Liverpool and Spanish giants Real Madrid.

Courtois is wanted by Real Madrid. The Blues are aware of it and are acting up real quick with the replacement.

He has just a year left on his current contract and the Blues have decided to stop negotiations over a renewal.

The Belgian also related his consolation feels for Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius – who suffered concussion during the UCL final and carried on for the whole match.

Courtois also ensured that his inconsistent form at Chelsea won’t have effect on his national duty.

Thibaut said:

“I think I proved at Chelsea the last two months that I don’t care about speculation,”

“I said what had to be said on that terms. I’m now focused on the World Cup. I think my performances proved that.”

“It’s unfortunate for Karius to have made those mistakes but if you have concussion you will leave the game or the doctors will tell you look you cannot see clearly anymore you must leave the game.

“It can happen as a goalkeeper but to blame it on a concussion now, I find it strange. But if medics says that from Boston it’s OK.”
