Chelsea are interested in signing 22-year-old Mohammed Kudus.
The Blues are surprisingly pushing hard to sign attacking midfielder Mohammed Kudus and have offered a slightly better package than Arsenal.
Kudus has been mentioned in connection with a move to England since impressing for Ghana at last year’s World Cup.
Chelsea are believed to have offered £40 million for the Ajax man who can be used as a centre-forward or on the wings.
The 22-year-old attacking midfielder can fill in for Mason Mount who moved to Manchester United this summer.
Ben Jacobs has revealed a fresh update on Chelsea’s pursuit of the youngster.
“Nothing has really moved with Arsenal and Kudus at this point. They made an inquiry a couple of weeks back, but I think that it’s fair to say at this stage that Chelsea are the more active on Kudus and perhaps have even offered him a slightly better package as well.”
