Elye Wahi, a striker for Lens, has acknowledged that he declined the opportunity to join Chelsea this summer

Gabriel Moscardo, a midfielder for Corinthians, is another player on the market, and negotiations to sign the 17-year-old are anticipated to continue. The teenager may only travel to England after he reaches 18, which will happen later this month, thus the transfer window’s closure is not a concern in this agreement.
