The 39-year-old is not expected to sign a new deal at Stamford Bridge. As per the reports of Football Insider, he is planning to leave the club and end their career at their hometown club.
Chelsea are planning to make contact with Sporting CP defender Ousmane Diomande. He has a £70m release clause in his contract. The West London club are keen to plan a move for the 20-year-old in the January window.
