Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger demands a new deal worth £400k a week. He is yet to get an extension at Chelsea and his contract will expire in 2022. Chelsea may now lose Germany international on a free transfer next summer.
Recently, Rudiger felt disrespected by Chelsea’s latest offer. The Blues centre-back is strongly linked with a move to Real Madrid. Other clubs are planning to give Chelsea defender an offer of £400k a week to leave Chelsea next summer. The Daily Mail claims that the German international is demanding a similar wage packet from Chelsea.
The report also adds that Rudiger has already denied Blues’ £125k per week offer despite knowing his linkup with Bayern Munich and PSG.
The Centre-back scored one goal from 10 appearances for Chelsea this term and he was not part of Tuchel’s squad against Brentford at the weekend due to a back injury.
