Another game, another set of dropped points for Chelsea.

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel feels his players are being overworked as they prepare to go for an international break for the third month in a row.

Tuchel’s team has had numerous important players injured this season, including N’Golo Kante, Mateo Kovacic, Romelu Lukaku, Christian Pulisic, and Timo Werner, while they participate in several tournaments.

The Blues manager was candid and honest about how exhausted his team was. He stated he saw it during the pre-match meeting and revealed that there were occasions when he was on the team bus and couldn’t think for a second where the squad was headed, or waking up in a hotel room and having no idea where they were.

Thomas Tuchel seemed unhappy in his press and BT Sport interviews, but he had brightened up a little by the time he talked to Chelsea TV.

On this occasion, the West Londoners let up a one-goal lead to Graham Potter’s tenacious Brighton team, and the hosts deserved their point.

Thomas Tuchel stated that his team was psychologically and physically exhausted, and that anyone could tell by their performance.

However, this does not stop Chelsea players from having to travel this month as several country’s face World Cup Qualifiers.
