Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez feels really comfortable under Pochettino.

The Blues signed Spanish goalkeeper Robert Sanchez from Brighton on a seven-year contract and has paid £25million for his services.

So far in eight games of the season, Sanchez has maintained only three clean sheets in a struggling Chelsea squad.

Sanchez admitted that winning against his former side Brighton in the Carabao Cup has restored the faith in the squad and will definitely help going into the game against Fulham.

There is too much inconsistency around the club but Sanchez is looking impressive and deserves the No.1 spot.

He told reporters: “We play well, we’re not conceding too many goals, the team does everything well but we can’t finalize. We’re trying, we’re getting better, it’s just a matter of time, I’m sure this victory gives us confidence, not just because we made it through another round in the cup.

“Nico (Nicolas Jackson) scored, the team won, we must try to do the same vs Fulham I’m happy with Chelsea. I found a manager who trusts me very much, I want to do as much as I can to help the team.”
