Olivier Giroud will join AC Milan on a two-year deal.
The French striker has confirmed his departure from Stamford Bridge on his Twitter wall.
He will be signing a two-year contract with Italian giants AC Milan even after extending his contract with Chelsea by 12 months.
In his time at Stamford Bridge, the 34-year old has scored 39 goals in 119 appearances winning three major trophies with the club.
He joined Chelsea from Arsenal for £18m in January 2018 but the club will announce his departure by this week.
