Chelsea have recruited Paul Winstanley as the new Director of Global Talent and Transfers.
The 43-year-old will team up with former Brighton manager Graham Potter at Chelsea ending his eight-year spell with the Seagulls.
He will play a crucial role as the January transfer window approaches.

Even club CEO Todd Boehly has confirmed the news of Winstanley’s arrival.
