Chalobah has allegedly been told by Chelsea that he is free to leave in winter. He made a total of 63 appearances for the Blues across all competitions over the last two seasons.
The 24-year-old defender made 34 outings last season under three different coaches. He is currently recovering from a thigh injury. He will struggle to get a regular place if he returns to full fitness.
Man United Tottenham, West Ham and Roma are three more clubs that have been linked with a move for Chalobah. He is under contract at Chelsea until the summer of 2028.
