Jorginho has two years left on his Chelsea contract.
The 29-year old midfielder won the Champions League with Chelsea and Euro 2020 with Italy last year that earned him the UEFA Men’s Player of the Year award last month.
He has been outstanding last season and lifted both the trophies in the same season.
His contract with Chelsea expires in 2023 and his agent Joao Santos has suggested he might walk away from Stamford Bridge before then.
Jorginho was interested in joining Juventus when Maurizio Sarri was in charge of the Old Lady.

‘He has a contract with Chelsea until 2023,’ Joao Santos said.
‘Obviously, it would be a dream for him to return to Italy, hopefully after winning the World Cup.
‘We’ll have to see what the market looks like in a couple of years and what the other situations are.’
‘In the past, when Maurizio Sarri was the coach, there was a possibility that Jorginho would come to Juventus,’ he added.
‘The Juventus director made an approach, it was a possibility.’
