The Ligue 1 giants made an appeal but failed to convince the LFP to allow the transfer.
The Morrocan international would be forced to spend the remainder of the season with the West London outfit.
According to several sources, Ziyech has been permitted to talk to other clubs who could take him for the remainder of the season.
Few clubs in Turkey have shown their interest in the Chelsea winger but it depends on whether Ziyech would rush a move.
Manager Graham Potter confirms that the winger is back in training with the Blues squad.
“He’s back in the country and he trained this morning,” said Potter. “These stories won’t be the first or last, but he is a professional player and understands the situation.
“He is committed to us and is available for the squad for the game [against Fulham]. He’ll be an important player for us for the rest of the season.
