Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic has opened up on life at his new club. The American international joined the Blues in January itself, serving the second half of the last season at Borussia Dortmund on loan.

Following Eden Hazard’s departure, Pulisic has directly been incorporated in the first team by Frank Lampard. He was impressive against Liverpool in the UEFA Super Cup clash, which earned him a full start against Manchester United in the first league game and 71 minutes against Leicester City.

Speaking on his time at Chelsea, Pulisic said,

“I was super excited to be here the whole time after it was agreed, but I had a job to do with Dortmund so I had to focus on that.”

“Now I’m here it’s amazing. Honestly, I didn’t really know what to expect, but at the same time it’s everything I hoped it would be.”

“It’s crazy to be here, to have this jersey on. It still doesn’t feel real.”

The 20-year-old will be hoping to make a full start as Chelsea travel to Norwich City this weekend in search of their first league win of the season.
