Chelsea winger Raheem Sterling rejects big offer from Saudi Pro League

Saudi’s salary is three times higher than Sterling’s current salary at Chelsea.

As per reports, the Saudi Pro League tried to make an offer for Raheem Sterling which is around £900k-a-week contract but the Chelsea man refused the offer. The talented winger wants to stay at Stamford Bridge.

The Englishman made a summer move to Chelsea in 2022 from Manchester City. He won major trophies at City and decided to look for some challenge at Stamford Bridge.

He scored nine goals in his debut season at Chelsea but his club had the worst season in the Premier League with the 14th spot in the table. He has now scored five goals and registered three assists in 22 Premier League matches this season.

As per the reports of the Telegraph, the former City star had the opportunity to depart Chelsea in the summer transfer window. He was given a contract of £900k per week by the Saudi Pro League club. This salary is three times higher than his current salary.

The England international denied the offer from Saudi Arabia. He signed a five-year contract in the summer of 2022 and his contract will expire in 2027.
