Chelsea completes the signing of 16-year-old goalkeeper Sami Tlemcani from Paris FC.
The 16-year old will join up with the club’s academy after spending two years with the Ligue 2 outfit.
This is Chelsea’s second goalkeeper signing of the summer with the arrival of Edouard Mendy from Rennes.
Tlemcani turned down a professional contract with the Ligue 2 club to join Chelsea.

Paris FC said in a statement: “Paris FC and Chelsea FC have agreed to transfer Sami Tlemcani permanently.
“After a little more than 2 years with Paris FC, the young goalkeeper (16) therefore joined the London club and will continue his progression across the Channel.”
The Blues have been really busy this summer spending over £230million on transfers.
Kepa Arrizabalaga has been dropped after making a load of costly errors and has been replaced by new £22m signing Edouard Mendy.
