The new boys at the Bridge are off to a rocky start.
Chelsea crashed to a draw yet again versus Southampton and the Chelsea legends are not impressed by the new boys.
Frank LeBouf had a go at Havertz first: “I’m not convinced about Havertz, I’m not that optimistic,” “I’m very pleased with Werner, he’s a real satisfaction.
“Thiago Silva should have been back because it’s crucial for Chelsea to have a real leader at the back and that’s the main problem.”
“I’m not convinced at all about Chelsea right now. It’s like they don’t know each other, they’re not fit enough, and I’m very worried” Leboeuf added.
Ruud Gullit was the next man to hit out at Hakim Ziyech.
He said on Ziggo Sport via Voetbalzone: “Ziyech does want to take control of the game, but he also has to get used to the high tempo, and how he is now being tackled.
“He thinks he can take the ball on the edge of the sixteen. No, you don’t get that time here, they are on top of you.”
Chelsea will not want their new signings to be bogged down and it will be up to Frank Lampard to push the team on.
