Chelsea weighing up a move for Roma’s Paulo Dybala.

The Blues are definitely not short of options after spending in the north of £1bn across the last three transfer windows.

But manager Mauricio Pochettino isn’t satisfied with the firepower he has at his disposal as summer signing Nicolas Jackson has struggled to find the back of the net consecutively.

Christopher Nkunku has been out with a knee injury for the first half of the season and made his imminent return only a few weeks back.

Academy graduate Armando Broja has netted only twice in 15 outings this season and have been touted to make a loan move in January.

The Blues have been heavily linked with both Ivan Toney and Victor Osimhen but they cannot sign either of the forwards due to Financial Fair Play regulations.

But according to reports, Chelsea have revived their interest in Paulo Dybala who is enjoying his second campaign with Roma under former Blues manager Jose Mourinho.

His contract with the Serie A giants expires in the summer of 2025 and has a €12 million release clause in his contract.

The 30-year-old forward has registered five goals and six assists in the Serie A and has been one of the standout performers in Mourinho’s XI.
