Chelsea have no intention of loaning out Madueke or any other established first-team squad member.
Chelsea has ruled out a loan exit for winger Noni Madueke in the January transfer window. The Blues have reportedly decided against allowing the winger to leave the club on loan.
The young attacker has struggled to play regularly under Pochettino. The 21-year-old moved to Stamford Bridge last winter. He needed some challenges so Chelsea planned a loan move.

Madueke has appeared in just eight matches for the Blues throughout the ongoing season. He has only two starts – one in the Premier League and another in the EFL Cup.
As per The Athletic, Chelsea have no intention of loaning out Madueke or any other established first-team squad member. The report also adds that temporary departures will only be considered for those who require valuable senior experience.
The England U-21 international is also dealing with injury concerns. He missed so many matches at Stamford Bridge. He might make a comeback to Chelsea in Tuesday night’s EFL Cup quarter-final against Newcastle United.
