Kylian Mbappe refuses to extend his contract with PSG beyond 2024.
The Frenchman has slammed the French media for lies over his PSG future.
According to reports, he informed the club that he does not want to extend his contract at PSG.
This means the Ligue 1 giants will have to find a suitable buyer for Mbappe or they risk losing their £166m man for free in 2024.
Chelsea was one of the favourites to land Mbappe last summer but have no intentions to get involved this time around.
Romano said on YouTube: “Chelsea had an interest in the situation one year ago and wanted to be informed on the Mbappe situation, but now, the feeling around Chelsea is that they want to do different things.
“They don’t want to enter into crazy things, so the situation around Chelsea and Mbappe is, at the moment, quiet. They obviously appreciate the player but sources close to them confirm that they are not working on this one, at least not of now.”
