Mauricio Pochettino is expected to lead Chelsea to success next season.
The former Spurs manager took over the managerial role this summer and is expected to turn fortunes around at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues had the worst 2022/23 campaign even after new owner Todd Boehly spent around £600million on transfers that did little to improve the mood at Stamford Bridge.
Club’s most expensive signing Enzo Fernandez was signed in January and could muster only two assists in 22 games.
Fernandez believes the club will be back at its best under Mauricio Pochettino.
He said: “I still had half a year and there was an opportunity to reach one more dream, to play the Premier League and fight for Chelsea! Happy and more than happy with everything we have experienced this year.
“We are moving forward with the national team. We are moving forward with Chelsea that although the first semester was not as we all wanted, we know that this is a serious project and with people who are looking for the best for the club and this year we will show it!!”
