Christensen's tough dig at escapee Luiz

David Luiz completed a last minute move to Arsenal on the deadline transfer day.

Many people never saw this move coming, not only because Chelsea and Arsenal are local rivals but there was no hint that Luiz will want to move away from Stamford Bridge.

However, the game is full of surprises and it seems now that Luiz is ready to start a new chapter in his career. Reports have suggested that the player chose to leave Chelsea because of a lack of guarantee by Chelsea boss Frank Lampard over game time.

Lampard is a manager who prefers to have youth over age in his team and with the likes of Kurt Zouma, Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen and even Fikayo Tomori all gunning for the first team centre back spot, Luiz, who is north of 30, probably felt scared of the competition and chose to join a club with less fighting for the defensive position.

He may have moved away quietly but his former teammate Andreas Christensen held back nothing when posting a picture of Luiz’ farewell from the club, with the caption: No one is bigger than the club!

Well, well, Chelsea vs Arsenal will surely be interesting now.
