Chelsea have already opened talks with Palmeiras over a potential deal for Estevao Willian.

Chelsea have fixed their plans for the upcoming winter transfer window. As per reports, the Blues are ahead in the race to secure the signing of Palmeiras teenager Estevao Willian.

This 16-year-old talent is also on the radar of Arsenal and Man United. Pochettino has already given a hint that he would invest some money in young talents in January.

Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are also ahead in the race. They consider him as the ideal future prospect. Willian has played 12 minutes in the final match of the season for Palmeiras before they were crowned champions of Brazil last week.

As per Mundo Deportivo, the West London club have already opened talks with Palmeiras over a potential deal for the 16-year-old. The teenager is believed to be in the region of £35m.

However, Willian has named Barcelona as his dream destination and emphasised his eagerness to move to Europe once he turns 18 years old.
