Chelsea to face Newcastle in the EFL Cup at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea secured their place in the Carabao Cup quarterfinals by winning the fourth-round game against Blackburn Rovers. They missed out chance in the quarterfinals last season but this season, they managed to reach in top.
The Blues will now take on Newcastle United in the last-8 of the EFL Cup. They got the advantage in the quarterfinals as they play this game at Stamford Bridge.

The Magpies made into the last 8 by beating Manchester United 3-0 at Old Trafford. It was the repeat game of last season’s final when United emerged victorious.
Chelsea kept clean-sheet when they won the game against Blackburn Rovers. In other games, Liverpool defeated Bournemouth and West Ham surprised Arsenal. Both sides will meet in the quarterfinals.
Middlesbrough will take on Port Vale in the third quarterfinals. Everton will meet Fulham in another quarterfinal. Liverpool and Newcastle look favourites this season to win the trophy.
