Romeo Lavia will soon undergo a medical at Chelsea.
Chelsea have finally agreed a fee with Southampton for midfielder Romeo Lavia. He will be the second signing in the midfield position this week as they recently signed Moises Caicedo from Brighton for the British record £115m.
The Belgian was also on the radar of Liverpool but Chelsea defeated the Reds twice in last one week. Lavia denied any move to Anfield and he decided to make a move to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea are believed to have struck a deal worth an initial £55m for the Saints midfielder, potentially rising to £58m by way of add-ons.
Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino hopes to have the 19-year-old in his squad for Sunday’s trip to West Ham and Lavia will soon undergo a medical.
Chelsea also bid for the midfielder last summer just weeks after his move to Southampton. Co-director of football and talent recruitment Joe Shields is thought to have played a key role in the deal.
