Chelsea graduate Callum Hudson-Odoi wants to leave club

Callum Hudson-Odoi spent the last season on loan at Bayer Leverkusen.

The Chelsea academy graduate broke through the first-team back in 2018 and was once viewed as the future of the Blues’ attack.

He spent the last season on loan with Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen where he managed only 21 appearances acorss all competitions scoring and assisting a goal each.

He withstood a series of injuries and underwhelming performances in the past few seasons and fell down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge.

The England international will train with Chelsea in the pre-season but won’t be staying beyond the summer.

He is only 22 years old and the Blues are looking at potential suitors for the English winger.

Hudson-Odoi has only one year left on his contract and has attracted interest from several Premier League sides and AC Milan too.

AC Milan recently signed Ruben Loftus-Cheek from Chelsea and are also interested in outcast Chrisitan Pulisic.

It makes no sense for the 22-year-old to continue at Chelsea who is likely to get lesser game time next season.
