Hakim Ziyech is ready to leave Chelsea this summer

In response to interest from AC Milan, Ziyech has submitted a transfer request to Chelsea. The midfielder is the subject of first discussions between the Rossoneri and the Blues.

Under the direction of current Everton manager Frank Lampard, the winger joined Chelsea in 2020. However, only two years into his five-year deal, Ziyech has become dissatisfied with his lack of playing time and is now looking to leave, according to Sky Italia.

The Serie A winners have had their eye on the 29-year-old for some time, but AC Milan are now more optimistic about getting their man.

Gianluca di Marzio has now revealed that the Moroccan midfielder has now wanted to leave Stamford Bridge this summer. The Rossoneri had previously been linked with a deal for the player. Milan is now trying to reach a deal with the player first as a result.

The player is prepared to discuss a deal with the former Ajax player, and Milan’s interest in him is now confirmed. He presently makes €5 million a season, and efforts are being made to reach a personal terms agreement. Relations between the two sides are believed to be excellent, which is made possible by the fact that both clubs’ owners are Americans.

Although Ziyech has a long-term deal with Chelsea that lasts until 2025, the former Ajax player is eager to leave London sooner rather than later. As a result, his agency started negotiations with Milan, who have since contacted Chelsea.
