Trevor Chalobah refuses to rule out Serie A move.

The Chelsea defender has spoken about the possibility of a transfer to Serie A amid interest from Inter Milan.

The England international signed a long-term deal with the Blues back in November as the defender was determined to prove his worth at Chelsea.

But the 23-year-old is deemed surplus to Mauricio Pochettino’s requirements at Stamford Bridge.

He has featured 33 times for the Blues last season and Inter are expected to submit a bid in the coming weeks.

Chalobah remained coy about the transfer but spoke highly of Italy and Serie A.

Chalobah told Sky in Italy: ‘I don’t know what the future holds. I played in France as well, in England, and you never know.

‘Italy is a nice country. When you play in a new destination, it’s something for a player to experience for himself. Italy is very beautiful as well.

‘Obviously, I am still a Chelsea player, but you never know. I like it here in Italy, the weather is good, the people are nice, food is good, I am enjoying my time here [on holiday in Italy].’
