Romelu Lukaku is open to possibility of one more crack at Chelsea

Lukaku’s loan stint will end at the end of the current season.

Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku is currently on loan to Inter Milan and he may come back to Stamford Bridge this summer. It can happen if Mauricio Pochettino takes over at Chelsea.

The Belgian striker is open to the possibility of one more crack at the West London club.

Lukaku’s loan stint will end at the end of the current season. Mauricio Pochettino prepares to take over at Stamford Bridge.

The pending arrival of Pochettino has brought fresh excitement to Chelsea where their star players are seeking a man they can totally trust and respect as they look to put this terrible season behind them.

It could be third time lucky for the Chelsea striker, who re-signed for the club in 2021 after an initial spell at the club ten years earlier.

Chelsea have lacked a regular goalscorer and to bring Lukaku back to life in London could save them a fortune as they ponder who will be the focal point of the team for next season.

The 29-year-old has a contract with the Blues until 2026 worth £325,000-a-week according to Spotrac, and his loan in Italy officially ends this summer.
