Conor Gallagher will see his contract expire at the West London club in the summer of 2025.
As per the fresh reports of the Daily Mail, Chelsea prefers to sell the English midfielder to West Ham over Tottenham Hotspur in the summer.
The 24-year-old is on the radar of many top clubs and he is supposed to leave the club at the end of the season. He is having an up-and-down season at Stamford Bridge.

The Englishman has made 36 appearances for the Blues during this season, scoring four goals and providing six assists across all competitions.
The 24-year-old will see his contract expire at the West London club in the summer of 2025. West Ham could potentially sign him on a cut-price deal at the end of this season.
The English playmaker is a box-to-box midfielder but can also serve as a defensive midfielder. He can help West Ham in boost the midfield section.
