Chelsea are planning to pick young players during the summer transfer window. The Blues are allegedly interested in adding a global prospect to their ranks in the form of Hafiz Umar Ibrahim.
The West London club are in the mood to purchase younger players on long contracts. They have an interest in youth players.
As per the reports of The Sun, the Blues have handed a trial to Ibrahim. The 18-year-old has spent time at their Cobham training ground. He is a representative of Nigerian outfit Ojodu City and his contract will expire in February 2026.

He has met Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino and trained at the club’s facilities. He has been linked with some other clubs in Italy and Spain.
Chelsea may allow him to join Strasbourg on loan where he can progress. Youth players can accelerate their game.
