West Ham has been told to make a move for French centre-back Kurt Zouma.

The 26-year old defender might be on his way out of Stamford Bridge in this summer with West Ham and Inter Milan being the possible destinations for the defender.

Chelsea has set a price tag of £25m for the defender and the Hammers are willing to pay £20m for him.

Former Spurs goalkeeper Paul Robinson believes West Ham should offer £25m for the defender.

He said Football Insider: “Pay it.”

“That is a deal worth pushing over the line at that price.

“I think Zouma is a very good player with a lot of Premier League experience for someone his age. He’s played for two big clubs in Chelsea and Everton so he has shown that he can handle the pressure.

“West Ham need defensive reinforcements. They were weak at the back towards the end of the season.

“Zouma is a steady player and he doesn’t make many errors. His game time at Chelsea looks as if it will be limited so a move to West Ham could work for all parties.”
