Timo Werner has already started to make an impression on his Chelsea teammates, Christian Pulisic revealed.
Chelsea signed him for around £50 million this summer and the striker quickly switched sides to join up Frank Lampard’s squad.
He was seen in team gear during the 2-1 FA Cup final defeat to Arsenal and seem to be already getting along with his new teammates. Pulisic liked what he saw from his future attacking partner as he said, “He’s a very dangerous player.
“I think he has some similar qualities to me and some of the attacking guys we have. He’s obviously very quick and very good in front of goal. He seems like a very humble guy. He wants to come in and wants to work. Playing against him has been a great experience and it’s going to be nice to have him on my team as well. So I’m definitely looking forward to that.”
Just like Werner, Pulisic too had excelled in the Bundesliga before making his move over to Stamford Bridge. One more player who could follow suit is Bayer Leverkusen’s Kai Havertz. Chelsea fans are super excited to see the young trio start off with all guns blazing next season in attack.
