Chelsea lost 3-1 to Real Madrid in the first leg of the tie.
The Blues boss is not confident of his team advancing to the next round of the Champions League.
They went 3-1 down against Madrid in the first leg and Tuchel believes it’s unlikely they will qualify to the next round.
It’s surprising to see how a manager spoke so negatively while going into the tie.
Tuchel said: “We don’t have the biggest chance, given the first game’s result, and given the competition and the opponent. But we never manage our input and our effort and our belief by the chances we have…
“It’s very unlikely that we make it, but it’s worth trying. We will try. Trying means that we will play to our fullest, and we will play to our full limit.
“This is what we do… This is what it is. It’s a big night, a big match and we will try to be better and in better condition than in the first match.”
Chelsea plays Real Madrid at Santiago Bernabeu tonight at 20:00 CET.
