N’Golo Kante is back to the first-team fold.
The Blues have had a dream start to the Premier League campaign with three wins and one draw in the last four games.
Summer signing Romelu Lukaku has been phenomenal in attack scoring three goals on his return to Stamford Bridge.
Kante is expected to be available for the Tottenham clash after the midfielder picked up an ankle injury in the Liverpool game.
Pulisic sustained an injury on international duty and is making good progress in his recovery.
“No fresh injury concerns, it’s good news,” the Chelsea boss told reporters.
“Christian is in individual training and trying to come back as fast as possible to team training, so he will not be in the squad.
“N’Golo is back and in full shape and ready to play.”
Thomas Tuchel is also excited about another summer signing Saul who could succeed at Stamford Bridge.
“We have guys who lack experience, the same as him,” added Tuchel.
“They all shared the experiences from their first matches. When I was on the sideline for my first match, it was at another level.
“If it comes up to you every three days it is quite impressive, maybe a shock of cultures. We don’t doubt his quality.
“It takes maybe a bit of time to get it off his shoulders, but he is at an age where he does not worry too much.”
