Romelu Lukaku is pushing for a loan move to Inter Milan.
The Belgian forward has struggled for goals in his debut season as a Chelsea player since his move from Inter Milan last summer.
He even struggled to get game time in the second half of the season under Thomas Tuchel.
According to reports, the forward is looking for a move away this summer and Inter Milan could likely be his potential destination.
Manager Thomas Tuchel is not satisfied with the Belgian forward as he used Havertz over Lukaku towards the end of the season.
ESPN pundit Don Hutchison claims Tuchel won’t be happy with Lukaku forcing an exit.
“[Lukaku’s] representative has been meeting clubs in Italy. If I were Tuchel, I would be absolutely fuming to see this,” Hutchison told ESPN FC.
“It’s up to Tuchel to say, ‘What are you doing? We’re not selling you’.
“I’m not hearing too much noise from Tuchel, so that says to me that Chelsea are quite willing [to offload Lukaku].”
ESPN journalist Gabriele Marcotti added: “I guarantee you 100 percent, if Lukaku’s representative met with other clubs, he had the thumbs up from Chelsea to do that.”
