Thiago Silva delivers his verdict on Chelsea manager Graham Potter.

The veteran defender has nothing but praise for Graham Potter who replaced Thomas Tuchel as the new Chelsea manager.

The 38-year-old played a crucial role in the squad’s 3-0 win over AC Milan who also wore the captain’s armband.

Silva has started every game under Potter’s reign and will continue his role following Wesley Fofana’s latest injury.

Silva said to HaytersTV: “He’s a very special guy, a very nice and humble guy.

“We have had just a few conversations already. He doesn’t need to be perfect in the dugout, he knows how to manage the players well and he gets to organise the team well with his very human, humble communication.

“That makes us grow as players and gets us goals. Today was a special victory for him and his first one at home. I’m sure it will continue like this, hopefully!”
