Romelu Lukaku has already missed seven games in total.
Pat Nevins believes the Belgian forward is miles away from being at his maximum physical capacity at Chelsea.
The former Inter Milan striker has injured his ankle during their Champions League in over Malmo.
Since his return to the squad 18 days ago, Lukaku has made five appearances playing a total of 158 minutes and seems to struggle with his ankle issues.
“He doesn’t look mobile. He played a whole half at one point and I was at the game, he doesn’t look mobile, he doesn’t look like he can get about the place,” admitted Nevin.
“When you see the energy of (Kai) Havertz, Timo Werner, (Mason) Mount – I could go on and on – and it actually makes it look worse.
“So, he might still be carrying a bit of an injury. He’s certainly still not up to max speed. He’s not there yet.”
