Chelsea drew 0-0 with Sevilla on Tuesday in the Champions League clash.
Christian Pulisic had featured in the game, making a return after suffering a hamstring injury during the FA Cup final in August, post which he had to miss the starting of the new season but now is back in action.
He has provided an injury update after playing for the first time in months.
Speaking after Tuesday’s goalless draw with Sevilla, Pulisic said: “Fitness-wise I feel great.
“I’m getting back to where I was, I feel strong, I feel like I can play 90 minutes, and I’m happy.”
In Chelsea’s clash against Sevilla, Pulisic wasn’t able to get a ball into the net – but he definitely hopes to next time.
“It’s everyone’s job to be behind the ball at times,” added Pulisic.
“We have to help out defensively. Going away from the game with a clean sheet will give us some confidence. It’s not bad for the guys.
“We have got to find the balance [between defence and attack]. We want to create more chances; I want to help with that. We are going to continue to work to improve as a team.”
