PSG jump into battle for Chelsea defender Rudiger after brother meeting

Rudiger will be free to agree on a pre-contract from January 1.

PSG jumps into battle for Chelsea defender Toni Rudiger. The Ligue 1 club is looking for a potential defender to make their side stronger.

AS says PSG has met Antonio Rudiger’s agent as the French club is looking to beat Real Madrid to get the signature of Blues defender.

Los Blancos have reportedly emerged as the favourites to sign the German on a free transfer next summer, with Real Madrid holding positive talks with the 28-year-old centre-back over a move.

However, Paris-Saint-Germain is confident to hijack any potential deal and have already held talks with his agent and brother, Sahr Senesie.

The German centre-back will be free to agree on a pre-contract from January 1 if no deal is reached with the Premier League club. He has been linked with various clubs including Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, PSG and Manchester United.
