PSG interested in Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku!

Lukaku’s contract with Tuchel’s side will end in 2026.

Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku is reportedly on the radar of Paris Saint-Germain. It’s surprising that the Belgium star joined Chelsea six months back.

He has won his place back in Thomas Tuchel’s first XI after his controversial interview. Lukaku admitted that he is not happy at Stamford Bridge and he also questioned Tuchel’s tactics. He missed out New Year game against Liverpool due to his statements.

His long-term future continues to be called into question, although he is not thought to be in any danger of losing his Chelsea shirt in 2022.

According to El Nacional, Chelsea could still be open to offloading the former Inter Milan man, with PSG now on ‘red alert’ ahead of Kylian Mbappe’s expected departure to Madrid.

Reports add that the Ligue 1 club are prepared to fork out €90m (£75.3m) to secure Lukaku’s signature. The Blues striker could be tempted by the prospect of a move to the Parc des Princes.

We all know that PSG may lose Mbappe to Real Madrid in the summer and it is likely to happen. If the Belgian joins PSG, the team would be a formidable side in Europe. It would be a top signing for PSG since Messi’s arrival.

Lukaku has scored eight goals and two assists in 20 games for Chelsea this season. His contract with Tuchel’s side will end in 2026.
