Real Madrid’s final match of the year is today, but their transfer intentions for the summer have already become known
Karim Benzema has revealed he is leaving the club and moving to Saudi Arabia, where he may play alongside his old friend Cristiano Ronaldo. This will be his farewell match for the club.
Al Ittihad, the Saudi club in question, reportedly plans to sign N’Golo Kante, whose deal with Chelsea ends at the end of this month, according to transfer reporter Rudy Galetti.
Kante had recently been set to renew his contract with Chelsea, but now it appears that he will be moving on and has already made his final appearance for the team.
Considering his calibre, it’s a significant loss, but considering the significant upheaval this summer in general, perhaps the moment is perfect. Despite how good he is, the fact that we haven’t been able to depend on him for a whole season for a few years has seriously interfered with our team’s ability to plan.
By doing this, we can pay off his wages, find a suitable replacement, and start getting this team ready for a new era. Although there are benefits to ending his stint at Stamford Bridge, we would still prefer that he stay. I think we’ll learn more about his future in the coming days.
