Newcastle United are set to rival West Ham United in the race to sign Chelsea forward Armando Broja

It is clear that the Hammers are concerned that the Magpies will beat them to signing the Albanian star.

As the centre of Ralph Hasenhüttl’s assault, Broja enjoyed a productive loan stint at Southampton last season, when he put in a string of impressive performances. In 38 games for the Saints in 38 different competitions the previous season, the 20-year-old scored nine goals and provided one assist.

Broja can make a few driving runs with the ball in the attacking third of the field because to his good speed. When he plays with confidence on the field, he may make a nice finish in front of the opposition’s goal.

The Magpies will do well to win the race for Broja’s services during this summer’s transfer window since he has the potential to become a true star in the Premier League at the age of 20.

We can anticipate him giving Eddie Howe’s offensive unit at St. James’ Park some much-needed firepower. Additionally, he may possibly assist the Tyneside team in its quest for a place in the English top division next season. If Newcastle is serious about signing him before the conclusion of current transfer window, he is therefore well worth the struggle.
