According to reports in Italy, Maurizio Sarri is on the brink of joining Juventus. A few days back, Massimiliano Allegri stepped down as Juventus manager.
Since then, there have been several reports claiming that Sarri will replace Allegri at Juventus, especially given that Sarri could receive the sack following the Europa League Final.
Now, it seems that Sarri has agreed terms to join Juve ona deal that will see Sarri earning €7 million.
Maurizio Sarri hasn’t had the kind of season that would impress Chelsea fans a lot but he is a pretty good manager who has done very well in Italy. Sarri had a really good managerial spell at Napoli during which the club never finished below the top three in the Serie A.
Hence, Juventus feel that Sarri is a good option to replace Allegri, now that Pep Guardiola has refused their offer.
