David Luiz has backed his Chelsea team to deliver big in the coming season.
He believes the Blues are capable of winning trophies all around the world and are in contention for any title they take part in.
“A few months ago, nobody would have believed that Chelsea could come back and finish in the top three.” he told Goal. “We did that and now we have also won in a European final against Arsenal.”
“I think if we keep this mentality and take all the positive things we did this season, we are going to be fighting for every title around the world. You think about winning every single competition because if it’s not like that, you cannot play for a big club.”
Chelsea recently got slapped with a transfer ban which means that they will not be able to sign any player until next summer. On top of that Chelsea lost their best player for the last seven years in Eden Hazard who made the switch to Real Madrid.
To cap it all Chelsea are on the verge of sacking Sarri which means a new boss will have to start the building process again. Are you sure David, you can even get a top 4 spot?
