Going into the final match, Chelsea need one point to assure CL.
Frank Lampard’s men have done extremely well all season and will know that one point in their final home match against Wolves will determine a huge piece of their history.
He said: “[The Wolves game] is huge, we know the situation, it’s in our hands to get a result against a very good Wolves team. “To get where we want to be the pressure is what we should have.”
Frank also rued the missed chance versus Liverpool.
“It was extraordinary, even when you say they that started to run away with it I thought we were in it.
“In match-play we were OK. They’re a fantastic team and we can’t afford to make those mistakes. If we don’t concede a fifth I thought we were coming.
“We have to suck this in and accept it here tonight because it’s where we want to get to.”
Now it all comes down to how Chelsea approach this final home game. They will only have to get a point and might even have to get less if Manchester United do the job at home and beat Leicester City.
