Graham Potter is seemingly under pressure at Stamford Bridge.
The former Brighton boss took the managerial role at the West London club from Thomas Tuchel in September 2022.
Since then Chelsea has won only nine games out of 26 games and are 26 points behind league-leaders Arsenal.
They have won only once in their last nine Premier League ties and are languishing 10th in the league standings.
Graham Potter will reportedly face the sack if certain expectations are not met this season.
Owner Todd Boehly has invested £600m in the last two transfer windows since his takeover earlier this campaign.
Former player Antonio Cassano has backed Chelsea to bring Jose Mourinho back at Stamford Bridge next season.
Mourinho is currently managing Roma in the Serie A and have accumulated three red cards this season.
‘If Inzaghi were to be fired, I would rule out the return of Jose Mourinho. If an offer from the Premier League were to arrive, the Special One would choose England,’ Cassano told Bobo TV.
‘The fans fell in love with his attitude (in Italy), but he intends to leave, and for me, he can only go back to Chelsea.’
