Victor Moses has underwent his Inter Milan medical today, on loan with option to buy for €10 million from Chelsea, as he is already in Milan. “We’ve reached a basic agreement with Chelsea for Victor Moses,” director of sport Piero Ausilio told Sky Italia. “We are evaluating the situation, it could be an opportunity, but it’s better to wait before saying more.”
The 29-year-old Nigeria international had joined Fenerbahce on loan in January 2019, but all parties have agreed to cut that short so that he can reunite with former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte at San Siro. According to several Italian reports, the medical was on Tuesday morning.
Moses is so eager to make the transfer that he flew in yesterday evening. The medical is going to be absolutely crucial, because Moses has had two serious thigh injuries this season, the first in August and then again at the start of December. In 18 months, Moses has made only 23 competitive appearances for Fenerbahce, scoring five goals with two assists.
