Former Chelsea star Eden Hazard has backed Christian Pulisic to become one of the best in the world.
Hazard is now at Real Madrid and is one of their major stars after leaving Chelsea this summer after 7 years at the Bridge. Although Hazard has left, he still clearly has a lot of fondness and respect for his previous club.
He has now tipped, Chelsea’s new signing Christian Pulisic, to succeed at the South West London club.
“He can be one of the best in the future for sure,” he told the Associated Press. “He can be (a star). Now he’s at one of the best clubs in the world. He’s a proper player,” Hazard continued. “He can play football.”
Previously, Pulisic had admitted to trying to emulate Hazard’s achievements at Chelsea.
“It is incredible to see what Eden can do,” Pulisic had told the BBC. He is a guy to look up to and what I would love to become. It is definitely a goal. Any player would be dumb not to want to be in the same team as him.”
Chelsea fans will be excitedly waiting to see how the whole Pulisic signing works out now.
