Gonzalo Higuain feels Maurizio Sarri can grind out the best out of him.
Higuain is set for his first acid test as Chelsea are scheduled to visit Manchester City in a top of the table clash. The Blues are in a dire need of a victory to get into the top four while City will be eager to reclaim their position at the top.
Higuain arrived in January and has settled in quite smoothly having netted a brace in Chelsea’s 5-0 thrashing Huddersfield Town. The Argentine manager showed some solid centre forward skills and is all set to lead the line once again.
Higuain said, “He is the coach that has got the best out of me.
“I know him well, he knows me well.
“I’m hopeful I will get back to that level we had before, this is the idea. He is someone who helps me, knows my game and how to get the best out of me.
“I am very happy to be here. It’s a wonderful club with a wonderful stadium and it is really a fantastic experience. I hope with time that this team will be able to achieve all the goals they can.”
