Philippe Coutinho is coming back to England!

The unsettled Barcelona star who is out on loan at Bayern Munich is looking for a permanent new home with Chelsea and Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing him. Coutinho is set to cost close to a $100 million in transfer fees but the Blues are ready to break their bank after a year’s sabbatical from the transfer window.

With Chelsea looking at a new talisman to replace the departed Eden Hazard, Coutinho is now the prime target. His agent has now confirmed that a PL return is on the cards for the talented Brazilian.

Kia Joorabchian said, “I don’t have any preference where the players go. I don’t try to push someone to one club or another. Everything is a possibility. After the Champions League game he played in England we had a long chat about it.

“The Premier League is something that he has always enjoyed playing in, and loved playing in, and would probably love to come back and play in.

“The question is what are going to be the financial conditions of all the clubs, including Barcelona and all the Premier League clubs at the end of this pandemic.”

The super-agent who handles Oscar and Luiz as well is right to say that finances will be a matter of concern and it is exactly where Chelsea might get the nod ahead having secured strong transfer funds in the last 12 months by not signing any new player.
